EBArticulate: Uncovering Powerlink’s Unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

We engaged with a wide range of employees across 18 teams, reviewed Powerlink’s existing people insights and undertook wider market and industry research. Then we analysed the data and distilled the findings into a clear narrative and a structural EVP framework, as well as a ‘brand device’ for their EVP.

Powerlink’s EVP ‘lead line’ - ‘Every possibility starts with you’ - speaks to themes of opportunity, growth, scale and challenge which were prevalent in our discovery process.

EBAmplify: People-centred storytelling to bring Powerlink’s talent offer to life

We partnered with Powerlink to amplify their EVP, through strategic, intentional storytelling, in order to increase brand awareness through recognisable brand assets and engaging content. By showcasing the varied journeys and expertise of their people, Powerlink is able to appeal to specific audiences and show, rather than tell, what it’s really like to work here.

They received over 370 assets, including video assets, still photographs, written stories, and talent acquisition assets (job ad templates, candidate communication templates, careers web page copy & mockups).
