Recruiting for Allied Health roles is really challenging. Getting quality applications was like pulling teeth. We then partnered with EBA and ran a month-long campaign, releasing one employer branding story a week. Three months later, we’d filled 44 Allied Health Positions, which was unprecedented. As a result, we saved over $325,000!
Our campaign also increased employee engagement - nominations for our recognition program increased significantly. It was also lovely to see the energy among our team when a story came out, and they learned more about each other's lives and careers.
This work also enabled me to demonstrate to the wider organisation that we can achieve better results by doing things differently and creatively.
