    Mark Puncher

    FOUNDER AND CEO

    Mark is a proud dad, a creative CEO and a true storyteller. 

    He's spent much of the last 25 years with one hand in marketing, the other in talent and culture, and both feet in leadership. He has run marketing or employer branding operations in APAC and the UK for organisations including Guardian News & Media, DMGT Group, Scout and Hanson Wade. 

    Mark lives and breathes employer branding, culture shaping and strategic storytelling. When he isn't doing that, his current hobbies include reading, writing, music and trying to find food his kids will eat. He also has strong beliefs on the importance of wine.

    Marci Powell

    HEAD OF EMPLOYER BRANDING STRATEGY

    With a background in communications, marketing, brand strategy, campaigns and digital engagement, Marci now works at the intersection of brand, culture and strategy. She partners with organisations to define value propositions, organisational values and people experiences that help bridge the gap between leadership ambition and their current and future workforce. As a member of our executive team, Marci plays a key role shaping client strategy, service delivery and our growth.

    When she’s OOO, she’s always in pursuit of remote campsites, cooking for fun, and the perfectly balanced gin martini.

    Hannah Brink

    EMPLOYER BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

    Hannah is equal parts connector, strategist and doer. With a background in PR and internal communications, she’s spent her career helping organisations bring their stories to life and ensuring cultures and employer brands exist not just on paper, but in real and human ways.

    She loves working closely with clients and their people, uncovering the stories of those who don’t think they have one, and seeing the moment they realise they do. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her outdoors, following her kids and dog through the mud, or daydreaming about her next overseas adventure.

    Dave Concannon

    ASSOCIATE ADVISER - PEOPLE, STRATEGY & INSIGHTS

    Having co-led Employer Branding Australia as COO for many years, Dave now partners with our team and our clients in a strategic advisory capacity. He’s passionate about helping organisations to bring their employee value propositions (EVPs), values and cultures to life through deep research and the power of people-centred storytelling. As State Councillor for Queensland and certified Fellow with the Australian HR Institute, Dave firmly believes if people have a better experience at work, the world becomes a better place.

    A true HR geek at heart (he even taught HRM and people management in Executive MBA programs), when not at work, he’s watching Numberblocks and Bluey (with his son) from the safety of a sofa-cushion fort.

    Kirsten Sullivan

    EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER (CREATIVE PRODUCTION)

    Kirsten is an organiser at heart and wearer of many hats. From video production, to communications and stakeholder engagement, she takes pride in getting things done and delivering sustainable results. 

    Whether it's co-creating an organisation's EVP or coordinating a video shoot, Kirsten manages large-scale projects to meet our clients’ objectives while creating environments where people can be themselves. 

    She manages our production pipeline and is willing to film in almost any location (croc country, anyone?) You can often find her in a pottery studio or lost in her craft cupboard.

    Eden Boyd

    EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER

    Eden is a creative strategist who’s fascinated by people and what makes them tick. A former journalist, her love of authentic storytelling led her here in 2021. She combines curiosity, deep listening and creative thinking to shape cultures and employer brands, one EVP and story at a time.

    Working across project management, research, positioning and content creation, Eden has been under the bonnet of so many Australian employer brands. And she treats each one as if it were her own.

    Eden’s equally passionate about human rights, and cheesy fries, with a hidden talent to boot.

    Lauren Forcey

    EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER

    Lauren is an experienced writer and content specialist with a passion for creativity and authentic expression. With many years of journalism under her belt, she also ran her own writing and editing business before joining Employer Branding Australia in 2021. 

    A natural listener and curious observer, Lauren uses the power of authentic storytelling to elevate and celebrate our clients’ teams, cultures and values. 

    Lauren is also a mum, a wife and a lover of regional Australia. Outside of work, you’ll find her running stupidly long distances or eating snacks, often at the same time.

    Amy Brooks

    EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER

    Amy is a passionate storyteller and brand strategist who puts humans at the heart of everything she does.

    Since joining the team in 2022, she has helped our clients tell their stories through EVPs, people stories, careers page copy and video storytelling. Whatever the project entails, Amy brings positivity, energy and a service-mindset every step of the way.

    When she’s not obsessing over word choices or Canva designs, you’ll find her keeping up with the latest pop culture news, chasing after her cheeky ginger cat, Maple, or starting a new craft project that may (or may not) be abandoned by next week.
