We partnered with Cuscal to articulate their unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP): “Forward with Cuscal.” This was intentionally built to leverage their strong reputation within the industry while making them highly accessible to non-traditional talent pools.

After successfully launching and embedding their EVP internally - it has even taken over the walls of their new office overlooking Darling Harbour - we worked alongside Cuscal to deliver culture strategy sessions and a suite of authentic employee stories.

The result.

From people-led content to EVP videos, Cuscal’s employer brand has truly come to life. It was received so powerfully that the EVP ultimately crossed over to reshape their commercial brand - “Moving payments forward, together.”
