“I have a sign on my desk that says, ‘You wouldn’t believe what happened today.’ So much happens in one day out here. I love the variety.”

The challenge.

Miwatj Health is a primary healthcare organisation governed by the Yolŋu people, providing life-saving services across the remote landscapes of East Arnhem Land. Critical to their ongoing operations is attracting skilled clinicians who are willing to leave the comforts of urban life behind and relocate to remote areas of the Northern Territory.

An open heart. A life-changing opportunity.

The solution.

To ensure their story was told with absolute sensitivity and authenticity, we spent a week in East Arnhem Land listening, learning, and engaging deeply with staff and local community members. From this deep immersion, we co-created a powerful EVP and values framework, a strong careers site and a comprehensive suite of creative multimedia content. We handled all the on-site photography and produced a series of moving videos, anchored by a super-powerful, must-watch video designed to instantly capture the spirit of the region.

The result.

The Miwatj Health team was overjoyed with the final assets, securing a powerful competitive advantage in recruitment that sets a new standard for Aboriginal health services. The employer branding content drove massive awareness and appreciation for the organisation during its first five months alone.

Miwatj Health now has the tools to successfully connect with clinicians who want to make a real, profound impact where it matters most.

Exceptional results.
