“Community’s everything in this town. If you’re not
in with community,
you may as well not be here.”

Here’s to Quilpie. Here’s to you.

The challenge.

Remote, hot and full of heart, Quilpie is proudly down-to-earth: a welcoming community of good people who genuinely look out for one another. And as an employer, Quilpie Shire Council punches above its weight, showing that size doesn't limit progressive ideas, ambitious goals or excellence.

Still, attracting talent to both live and work in a remote unknown council was a unique challenge - one that required a completely different approach to employer branding.

The solution.

To stand out and grab the attention of professionals, particularly those looking to escape the city life, we created an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that proved a move out west wasn't just a job change, but a total lifestyle upgrade. We then developed a comprehensive suite of creative design assets and multimedia content, all crafted by championing and celebrating the incredible people and community of Quilpie.

The result.

Quilpie now has a powerful toolkit to engage city-dwellers seeking a fresh start, proving that meaningful career growth and a deeply fulfilling community life are thriving 954km west of Brisbane.
